I've changed my mind and don't want the item anymore. It doesn't fit properly, for instance.
We can only swap an item for store credit if you decide to return it after all. To begin the return process, send an email to us within 7 days of receiving the item.
You are responsible for paying the postal expenses for your return, and we advise utilising a tracked mailing service. We will only give you store credit for the cost of the item(s) once we receive the returned item in good condition.
Returns that have not been prior authorised will be rejected.

I received a faulty/incorrect item and I would like a refund.
We apologise for any trouble a defective or incorrect item may have caused. To receive a full refund, send us an email within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Once the return has been accepted, we will provide you postage instructions. We advise using a tracked service, and you are responsible for paying the postage charges. Only your original payment method will receive a full refund for the amount of the item(s) after we have received the shipment.
